​ REFUND POLICY

My satisfaction guarantee is active for 15 days post delivery. If more than 15 days have passed since the delivery date, I am unable to offer you a refund. I can offer an exchange.

For returns, please email lori@bloomingcolorsart.com with the subject 'Returns'

and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

Damaged products should be addressed within 24 hours of delivery of the package. 

 

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds:

You will receive a confirmation email about your refund status when the returned

item is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed,

and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or

original payment method.

 

I accept cancellations within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

 

Please Note:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
